Owner & Director
Andrew Bellman is the Owner and Director of Andrew Bellman Global Risk Ltd, a United Kingdom-based company delivering a comprehensive range of protective services across the UK, US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Upon leaving school, Andrew served five years in the British Army, with deployments both within the UK and overseas. He subsequently dedicated 22 years to the UK Police Service, where he undertook a broad array of roles. These included street patrol duties, Officer Safety Instructor, Public Order Officer, Advanced Driver, Armed Response Vehicle Officer, and Tactical Firearms Unit operative. He later served as a uniformed Patrol Sergeant and Inspector, concluding his law enforcement career as a Detective Inspector and Public Order Commander.
Andrew has held an SIA Close Protection licence since January 2011 and brings extensive experience in the private security sector. He has operated globally in roles such as Team Member, Personal Protection Officer (PPO), and Team Leader, providing protective services to high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and C-suite executives.
Notably, Andrew held a senior leadership role within Microsoft Global Security for four years, overseeing security operations across EMEA and APAC. His experience also includes time as an armed maritime security consultant and as a high-level security adviser for major global corporate clients and UK Government events, which have hosted royalty, senior politicians, and other high-profile public figures.
Andrew is certified to Level 3 in FREC (First Response Emergency Care) and continues to stay active in the security field.
